These are just a few of the sweet faces we have saved. It feels amazing to know that we showed these precious babies love at a time they needed it most. Fostering not only saves lives but also makes them more adoptable and gives them a chance to grow in a safe environment where they can get a fresh start. It is always hard to say goodbye but I love knowing I have helped not only the dogs but the new owners as well. I encourage you to open your home to foster.

Here are just a few of the many wonderful dogs that I had the privilege of fostering. Being a foster is something that you have to experience to know the real joy in it. All of these precious dogs have left paw prints on my heart furever! I helped save these pups and they have helped me become a better person just by fostering them. If you want one of the most rewarding jobs there is, become a foster!! 🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️

23. That's the number of dogs that I have fostered and saved this year. A year from now, what could your number be?

When I tell people that I foster I often get the response...“I could never do that! I would get too attached!” and I always ask them...would you rather the dog/cat die? Watching a family adopt a foster baby and knowing that their live was saved because I opened my heart and home to them is one of the absolute best feelings in the world. Fostering literally SAVES lives. One by one. Each life that I have saved by fostering has left paw prints on my heart and they wouldn’t be there if I didn’t choose to foster. Each foster baby teaches you something about life or yourself. It’s a remarkable experience to save a dog that has been mistreated/abused; by helping to rehabilitate them, gain their trust and show them what love feels like, you are able to see the amazing transformation that they make. Their unique personalities shine though when they are comfortable in your home. I am never alone and my home is always full of love and cuddles. I recommend becoming a foster Mom/Dad to anyone that will listen to me, the benefits are endless! It was the best decision I have ever made! I have also met some AMAZING people while fostering for the SPCA! ❤️🐾❤️ Here are some of the dogs & cats that I have fostered while living in Lubbock.

We have been fostering for over 4 years now and the joy and love these puppies bring to us is just unbelievable. Equally important is that fostering has given us the chance to teach our grandson how important it is to step up to help, especially for those that can not help themselves. He has learned a lot in 4 years, he is a caring, gentle and responsible animal lover. Here is one of many pictures of him and puppies.
